If you send a support request, please provide as much information as you can. This will help us to resolve the issue faster. Please use the same email that you used when you purchased the theme.

We will try to help you with any type of query, but technical support will take priority over modifications support.

Sometimes we will ask you to send us a temporary admin login to the WordPress dashboard or FTP details. You accept all responsibility when doing this, and although we are very careful, we can’t be held responsible for any inadvertent, misconfigurations or errors we might cause.
