Licensing
Use of theme(s) is bound by your purchase in the following ways. A license (whether single or multisite) grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the theme in your personal or commercial projects. There are two licenses available:
Single License
The license is only valid for a single installation (website). Support and updates are provided only for that single installation only.
You may use the theme in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client (so long as the installation is only for a single website or domain).
Multisite (Developer) License
Your use of the theme may extend to multiple installations or domains.
You may use the theme in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your clients.
Refunds
If you have problems getting themes to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, refunds are given at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased theme(s). There are no refunds for subscription license purchases (your subscription will simply end).
You must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by contacting our support team. We stand behind our themes and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
