A big update for BeOnePage

⚠️ Delete the ‘BeOnePage Pro’ plugin before updating BeOnePage to version 1.11.0 or higher.

BeOnePage has been our bestselling theme for years. It’s been updated many times, but the recent update to version 1.11.0 is significant.

We’ve updated an important software library we use, TGMPA, so that the whole theme is now PHP 8 compatible (important as many hosting companies are charging for PHP 7 support). But most significantly, from version 1.11.0 onwards, the separate ‘BeOnePage Pro’ plugin is no longer needed.

Oh, and we’ve dropped the ‘pro’ from the name (it came from the plugin and just confuses things 🤔).

Why the change?

The plugin was essential—the theme could not work without it. Therefore, it makes sense to bundle it with the theme itself. It’s simpler for our customers (one less thing to install and keep updated) and for simpler for ongoing development and maintenance. There have already been four updates to BeOnePage this year and we hope to keep up this pace.

Where can I get it?

For customers who purchased BeOnePage after January 1st 2019—it’s a free upgrade. If you’re using theme version 1.10.0 or higher, it will appear as an automatic update inside WordPress. If you’re using a version prior to 1.10.0, contact support for a download link.

⚠️ Don’t forget to delete the ‘BeOnePage Pro’ plugin before updating BeOnePage.

For customers who purchased BeOnePage before January 1st 2019—it’s just US$19.99 to upgrade. This allows us to pay for UK-based support, more frequent updates and the development of new features. We appreciate your support 🙏.

Purchase your BeOnePage upgrade.
